Speak To The City Declaration for St. Louis City and Region
This confession/declaration for St. Louis may seem relatively long but should be spoken in its entirety in faith at least once. The important thing is to speak only these things about our City. It can be divided up and a section spoken each day of the week, if necessary.
Let the Saints in St. Louis Speak To The City of St. Louis!
Arise, St. Louis, from the spiritual and natural darkness, depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you! Rise to new life! Shine! Be radiant with the glory and brilliance of the Lord, for your light has come and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you and shines continually upon you.
Sin, death, fear, lack and depravity may appear to cover the whole earth in darkness as black as night, but the glory of the Lord rises upon St. Louis and His glorious light shines brightly upon you, St. Louis, for all the world to see!
Saints in St. Louis: Arise in the power and authority that God has given you! Speak the words of faith and power that bind the enemies of St. Louis. Walk in the character of God, exhibiting the fruit of the Spirit before the heathen of this City, until they are compelled to accept Jesus as Lord. Saints of all denominations, races, ages and geographical areas: operate in love and the unity of the faith and the blessing of the Lord is commanded to this region as a result. Unbelievers see the integrity of the gospel through you, Saints in St. Louis, as you go about your daily routines.
Miracles, signs and wonders are a regular occurrence in St. Louis because the saints here are yielded to God and operate in holy boldness everywhere they go. Spirit of The Living God, you have free reign in St. Louis. Do what you want to do in any place at any time. Your saints yield to You. Saints in St. Louis, grow stronger and stronger through prayer. Pastors and Teachers, teach the truth of God’s Word boldly in churches all over St. Louis. True Prophets in St. louis, prophesy as oracles of God. Apostles in St. Louis, establish, build, set order…rebuild the House of the Lord in St. Louis. Rebuild the altars and establish the Holy Places in St. Louis!

Even the sons and daughters who have been estranged, separated from St. Louis, spiritually and naturally, return! Drawn by the light and the glory of God, the lost and hurting of and from St. Louis return to God and to faithful service in St. Louis. From the North, the South, the East and the West, we call in and welcome those that belong to us. God has kept you for this very time and you are restored to St. Louis now. Come Home! Countless spiritual and natural children of God in St. Louis return to God and to St. Louis. Prodigal sons and daughters are restored in large numbers as the Spirit of God draws them, Prodigals Come! Return! Come to yourselves! The spiritual fathers and mothers and established saints in St. Louis welcome you with open arms, make room for you and restore you with a spirit of meekness. In the same way, natural children of St. Louis return NOW. The St. Louis “brain drain” is over and all of St. Louis’ best and brightest return home to rebuild our City. All those we have educated, trained and developed that went off to seek their fortunes elsewhere, return to St. Louis to invest in their homeland. And we who have remained welcome them with open arms, make room for them and restore them in a spirit of unity.
St. Louis is restored as the Gateway in the US, to the East and to the West, naturally as well as spiritually and merchants from all over the world flock to our borders. They rush to bring their wealth and abundance, and converge on St. Louis from all directions. Come! St. Louis wealth increases beyond measure and the world comes to see and experience its great abundance. St. Louis is a global center of trade, commerce, ingenuity, tourism, intelligence, information, art, science, technology, education, fashion, culture, language, creativity and spiritual renewal and the world descends upon St. Louis to see and experience it.
It is clear and without doubt that the source of this miraculous renewal and restoration is the Lord God Jehovah and St. Louis boldly and openly proclaims Jesus as Lord over St. Louis to the entire world. This revival and renewal starts in the Church and spreads simultaneously to schools, businesses, public spaces, government centers, hospitals, streets, sporting activities, musical concerts of all kinds, theaters, restaurants…every place in St. Louis where people gather, the Spirit of the Lord invades through the presence and prayers of St. Louis saints. Pray in faith, Saints!
People are born again and filled with the Spirit of God every day in St. Louis and the Church of St. Louis expands exponentially throughout the City.
People come from all over to help rebuild St. Louis and leaders the world over are compelled to bless and help St. Louis. The wealth of the world flows to St. Louis and is transferred from the wicked to the righteous in St. Louis, and is used to finance the end time harvest and the kingdom of God.
Every spiritual and natural enemy of St. Louis is bound and removed. Violence, crime of every kind, fear, hate, sickness, addictions, lack, poverty, deception, perversions, and false gods of every kind are put away from St. Louis and the Lord God Jehovah reigns in St. Louis through Christ Jesus.
St. Louis saints are strong in the Lord and the power of His might and continually wear the whole armor of God. They stand against the tricks and devices of the devil, including division, disunity, pride, competitive jealousies, prejudices and racism, sexism, ageism, financial, socioeconomical or political divisions, denominational or doctrinal disagreements, greed, or other distractions of any kind. Saints in St. Louis love one another and the world sees that they are Jesus’ disciples. Saints in St. Louis prosper financially, and receive the harvest on all of their giving and swiftly see the end of their faith. No plans of the enemy succeed against the saints of St. Louis. The promises of God manifest quickly and continually to them, through them and for them. They are living epistles-walking advertisements-that God loves St. Louis and moves on their behalf.
Saints fulfilling the plans of God in St. Louis have everything they need to accomplish the visions God has given them. All necessary resources for the work of the Kingdom in St. Louis are turned over to the saints doing the work. Money, land, favor, technical support, political and legal support, knowledge, wisdom, understanding, promotion, protection, witty inventions, accelerated return…EVERYTHING necessary for the supernatural manifestation of the plans and purposes of God is released to the saints of St. Louis and cannot and will not ever be hindered, blocked, delayed or stolen. Saints in St. Louis receive sweatless victories and possess the promises of God without toil or battle.
Everything that has ever been stolen from the saints in St. Louis is now restored seven fold and manifested to them NOW. They receive manifestation and harvest even as they are praying and sowing. Every enemy over St. Louis is bound from operating.
St. Louis is a beautiful, clean, safe, healthy, happy, peaceful place. It is a place of justice, favor and refuge for all who come to it. St. Louis is a city rich in culture, heritage, spirit and wealth and its riches are distributed to all within the City. The needs of even the poorest of St. Louis are met in abundance. Abundance Come! Children in St. Louis play in the streets without fear or worry and people walk and live and move safely in every neighborhood of this City without concern.
Families and marriages in St. Louis are strong and healthy and every race and every generation has its place of honor in this City.
The story of the transformation of St. Louis goes around the world, and every time and in every place that the story is told, the name of Jesus is glorified as the reason for this transformation. St. Louis lifts up the name of Jesus and He draws all men to Himself in St. Louis. Worship the Lord, St. Louis! Praise His name! Acknowledge and Thank Him for all He has done!
